Job summary

Lydig Construction in Coeur d'Alene is seeking a Project Engineer to join our community-driven organization. This role involves planning, executing, and completing significant Northwest construction projects while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and up to 7 years of experience. We offer a salary between $75,000 and $85,000 per year, along with health benefits, 401k matching, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 0-7 years’ experience preferred, depending on education level.
• Must be able to walk active construction sites.
• Current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Review submittals for completeness and compliance with contract documents.
• Create and maintain submittal logs.
• Log, submit, track and distribute RFIs.

Skills

Establish rapport

Basic understanding of construction industry

Knowledge of Construction Management software

Proficient in scheduling software (P6 preferred)

Proficient in Excel

Proficient in MS Word

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
