Qualifications

• 0-7 years’ experience preferred, depending on education level.
• Must have a current driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review submittals for completeness and compliance with contract documents.
• Create and maintain submittals log.
• Assist in other areas where needed.
• Take accurate notes at meetings and produce quality meeting minutes.

Skills

Construction Management software knowledge

Proficiency in scheduling software (P6 preferred)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
