Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years of construction-management-related experience, depending on education.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages submittal and RFI process for multiple scopes of work activities on site.
• Leads the project closeout process to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Assist Project Manager in generating Subcontractor and Purchase Agreements.
• Assist Project Manager in Subcontractor and Owner change orders.
• Engages at project meetings and communicates changes and updates on scopes of work and subcontracts.
• Understands project schedule needs and leads communication to subcontractors and suppliers.
