Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Menlo Park, CA office. The role supports project managers and superintendents to manage construction activities, schedules, and quality control.

You will lead coordination with subcontractors, review designs, manage submittals and RFIs, and help ensure projects meet contract requirements. Eligible applicants must be able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum five years of field experience on large commercial projects.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction software.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with subcontractors and design teams; document decisions.
• Inspect sites daily and manage subcontractors per contract documents.
• Review designs, submittals, and shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Prepare RFIs, change order processes, and project closeout activities.
