Job summary

Clark Bros, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to oversee technical coordination, administration, and project controls for heavy civil construction projects.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and team to ensure compliance with contract requirements and schedules. Candidates should bring 5+ years in construction, a civil/construction engineering degree, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent practical construction experience considered.
• Experience in project engineering, construction administration, project controls, and technical coordination on major construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, contracts, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project engineering activities from startup through completion and final closeout.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and constructability concerns.
• Prepare, review, and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, design engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate project logs, change orders, procurement, and drawing revisions.
