Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex civil projects from inception to completion. You will supervise contract administration, permits, schedules, and a project team on multi-million-dollar programs, ensuring alignment with Clark standards and client goals.

You will build strong relationships with owners and engineers, drive meetings, monitor progress, and guide reporting and closeout activities in a fast-paced environment across active job sites.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field or relevant experience.
• Graduate degree in engineering or business a plus.
• 8-10+ years construction experience required; heavy/civil with civil/infrastructure preferred.
• DBIA and LEED Accreditation a plus.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish; strong leadership and coordination.
• Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience; strong work ethic in fast-paced environment.
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, results oriented, adaptable, team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
• Secure required permits and verify subs insurance coverage.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Train and develop direct reports using on-the-job and internal/external training.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports; maintain project records.
• Develop positive relationships with owners and engineering firms.
• Oversee project close-out and contribute to proposals/presentations as requested.
