Job summary

Clark Bros, Inc. in Fresno, CA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil construction projects.

You will assist with schedules, cost controls, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration while ensuring safety, budget alignment, and on-time delivery. A Bachelor's degree in CM or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred, with 5+ years in construction management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience managing schedules, costs, procurement, and contracts.
• Strong reading of plans, specs, and general conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management, planning, coordination and execution of projects.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; identify delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare monthly cost forecasts and financial reports.
