Job summary

TrueBuild Partners LLC in Boise is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to all phases of the project lifecycle and the chance to work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents.

You will support projects from preconstruction through closeout, handling project documentation, subcontractor coordination, material tracking, scheduling, quality control and field support on busy construction sites.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Experience as Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar role preferred.
• Experience with General Contractors is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents through all construction phases.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts for conflicts and constructability issues.
• Manage project documentation: RFIs, submittals, transmittals, closeout materials.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to keep schedules on track.
• Track material procurement, deliveries, and key milestones.
• Assist with subcontractor buyout, quality control and safety initiatives.
