TrueBuild Partners in Boise, ID is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up projects from kickoff through closeout, collaborating with field teams, subs, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

Candidates with 5+ years in construction PM and experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects are encouraged to apply; a Bachelor's is helpful but not required. Competitive compensation includes a $160k–$180k salary plus benefits, vehicle, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish.
• Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards.
• Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements.
• Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Handle contract review, change orders, and other key project documentation.
