Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Senior Project Engineer to support mechanical construction on some of the largest high tech projects. You'll assist with planning, scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, document control, and coordination with field and office teams.

The role requires 2+ years in construction management or related field, a relevant degree, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CM software. Competitive benefits and bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution from kickoff through completion.
• Track labor hours, material costs, forecasts, and project profitability.
• Assist with procurement, subcontract buyouts, and equipment deliveries.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, engineers, detailers, and clients.
• Maintain project records and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support fabrication planning, material takeoffs, and budgeting.
• Promote and uphold jobsite safety standards.

Location: Boise ID or Seattle WA

This position supports Project Managers through coordination, scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, document control, and collaboration with field and office teams.

What You'll Do

• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution from kickoff through completion
• Track labor hours, material costs, forecasts, and project profitability

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in construction management, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred
• Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering preferred, or equivalent construction experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus
• Understanding of construction sequencing and mechanical/plumbing systems preferred
