Job summary

Top Boise GC is hiring a Project Executive to lead multiple commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This leadership role reports to company leadership and requires mentoring Project Managers and site teams while focusing on schedule, budget, and client relations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience leading Project Managers and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong ground-up commercial and/or industrial construction experience.
• Proven track record managing project financial performance, schedules, contracts and client relationships.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight across multiple commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams while ensuring strong performance, accountability, and communication.
• Monitor project financials, schedules, contracts, staffing, and risk to ensure projects meet company and client expectations.
• Partner with preconstruction, field leadership, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve high-level project challenges while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Support operational planning, process improvement, and the continued growth of the organization.
