Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer in Geismar, LA to lead technical aspects of engineering projects and assist the Project Manager in achieving cost, schedule, and client satisfaction goals.

The role requires coordinating with designers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and constructible solutions. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience, a degree in engineering, and preferably PE or PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration is preferred.
• Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for projects and support the PM in cost and schedule control.
• Develop conceptual layouts, cost studies, and preliminary designs.
• Coordinate with disciplines to ensure inter-disciplinary alignment and design quality.
• Review vendor data, drawings, and field information to support construction.
