Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten seeks a Senior Project Engineer for our Roseville, CA office. You will support the Project Manager and Superintendent, coordinating subcontractors, documenting progress, and ensuring contract compliance on large commercial projects.

You will manage submittals, RFIs, and closeout processes, while applying strong scheduling and field coordination skills to keep work on schedule and within budget. This role requires leadership and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience on large commercial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and design teams.
• Inspect site daily and manage subcontractors to contract documents.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Assist in project setup, close-out, and documentation workflows.
• Monitor progress to ensure alignment with schedule and contract requirements.
