Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is hiring a Project Manager for our Roseville, CA office. The position oversees project metrics including schedule, budget, safety, and quality, with a strong emphasis on leadership and coordination across design teams, subcontractors, and owners.

Required: Bachelor's in Engineering Construction Management (or related field) with at least five years of experience on large commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field is desired; combination of education and work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum of five years of experience in construction management or related field
• Experience with large commercial projects (healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology) is desired
• Ability to prioritize requests and manage projects to meet target delivery dates
• Good judgment in addressing technical issues and effectively leading a team
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and scheduling tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand preconstruction process and integrate into construction.
• Manage project schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client needs.
• Lead project team and establish roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain the project master schedule (Primavera P6).
• Oversee submittals, BIM management plan, and QA/QC processes.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a culture of safety.
