Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our Roseville, CA office. You will oversee project metrics including schedule, budget, safety, and quality, while ensuring compliance with company policies and core values.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management (or related) and at least five years of experience on large commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field is desired; a combination of education and work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field or related area.
• Experience with large commercial projects; healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology is desired.
• Ability to prioritize requests and manage projects to meet target delivery dates.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of the preconstruction process and its integration into construction.
• Participate with the Preconstruction team in estimate preparation and subcontractor post-bid meetings.
• Effectively manage job set-up and establish team roles and responsibilities.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings with owner and design team; develop a closeout plan post-construction.
• Lead a safety-focused jobsite culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain project master schedule and oversee BIM management plan.
• Track budgets, change orders, and subcontractor payments; produce financial reports.
• Develop and nurture relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and consultants.
