Balfour Beatty Construction in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Large Projects Group. You will support the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and daily execution on landmark projects in the DFW area.

You will manage submittals, deliveries, and coordination drawings, while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion within budget. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining critical project documentation on site.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 2–4 years preferred, or 5–6 years progressive construction experience.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to direct others and address conflicts.
• Organizes people, tools, and equipment to manage multiple activities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning and daily execution of construction projects.
• Manage submittal approvals, material deliveries, and schedules/budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractor compliance with Contract Documents.
• Lead preconstruction meetings and manage project start-up activities.
• Serve as onsite quality manager and coordinate with Architect/Engineer and owner reps.
