Job summary

This role offers growth within the Advanced Facilities team and exposure to large-scale industrial and data center programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Strong communications skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction software.
• Understanding of construction management means and methods.
• Knowledge of lean processes and self-perform productivity.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned aspects of safety and quality plans and culture, with mentoring others.
• Coordinates QA/QC planning to ensure quality for tasks.
• Leads project scheduling, procurement logs, and subcontractor coordination.
• Works on site with the team to monitor crew, materials, and progress.
• Prepares daily/weekly reports and supports project closeout activities.
