Job summary

FLINT is seeking an experienced construction executive to provide leadership on large-scale projects across education, healthcare, civic, and advanced manufacturing markets. You will guide multiple superintendents and field teams, ensuring excellence in delivery.

You will partner with project executives, PMs, and clients to keep projects on time and within budget while advancing Lean Construction practices including Last Planner and Primavera P6.

• 5+ years delivering large-scale building projects in education, healthcare, civic, and advanced manufacturing.
• Established industry leader with a broad network and reputation for integrity, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach capable of growing FLINT leadership.
• Strategic thinker who can plan, problem-solve, and execute at high level.
• Collaborative communicator who thrives in client-facing roles and maintains trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight and leadership on large-scale, complex projects.
• Lead, mentor, and support multiple superintendents and field staff.
• Partner with Project Executives, PMs, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive implementation of Lean Construction practices, Last Planner System, and P6 scheduling.
• Oversee safety standards, setting a culture of safety across job sites.
• Ensure subcontractor and trade partner coordination, communication, and performance.
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
