Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Wilson, NC is seeking a leader to manage expansion projects, overseeing the design, procurement, installation and improvement of manufacturing and utility equipment. You will ensure compliance with US and EU regulations while directing engineers to meet policy and modernization objectives.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, coordinating validation protocols, and driving facility upgrades, with a strong focus on cGMP and ISO compliance to support a robust manufacturing

Qualifications

Experience leading expansion projects in manufacturing facilities.
Strong budgeting and cost control abilities.
Knowledge of cGMP, EU, OSHA, DEC regulations and compliance programs.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and policy requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage expansion projects including design and installation of manufacturing lines and utilities.
Oversee design and construction of new or renovated facilities.
Manage departmental and capital budgets.
Coordinate validation protocols for new/updated equipment and facilities.
Support maintenance/operations in problem solving and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO standards and company policies.
