Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a facilities engineering leader to manage expansion projects, oversee the design, procurement, installation, and improvement of manufacturing and utility equipment, and ensure compliance with US and EU regulatory requirements for facilities and equipment.

You will directly manage engineers to meet regulatory and policy requirements while driving plant efficiency, capacity, and modernization initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading expansion projects.
• Knowledge of cGMP, EU, OSHA, and DEC.
• Ability to manage departmental and capital budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and installation of new or upgraded manufacturing lines and utility systems.
• Oversee the design and construction of new and renovated facilities.
• Manage departmental and capital budgets.
• Coordinate validation protocols for new and upgraded equipment and facilities.
• Assist maintenance and operations with problem solving and process improvements.
• Maintain cGMP, EU, OSHA, and DEC compliance through SOPs and regulations.
• Initiate change control, risk assessments, work orders, SOPs, AOFs, and purchase orders in line with policy.
