Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA in Wilson, NC seeks a Site Automation Manager to oversee and lead the automation team, driving design, installation, start-up, documentation, and maintenance of site systems. You will directly manage Automation Engineers and interns to enhance plant quality, efficiency, capacity, and modernization.

The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 401(k). Final pay depends on experience and qualifications, with a target bonus of 10% of base salary.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an automation team in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, ISO 14001/50001, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the site automation department.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching and staff development.
• Ensure robust day-to-day support of engineering, manufacturing and facilities operations.
• Lead lifecycle documentation for new and upgraded equipment.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
