Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Wilson, North Carolina, is seeking a Principal Engineer to manage expansion projects, oversee design, procurement, installation and improvement of manufacturing and utility systems, and ensure compliance with US and EU facilities regulations. The role directly manages engineers to improve plant efficiency, capacity, and modernization.

The position offers a competitive salary range and a target bonus of 10% of base salary, with comprehensive benefits and a strong focus

Qualifications

Experience managing expansion projects.
Experience coordinating design, procurement, installation and improvement of manufacturing and utility equipment.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (US/EU) for facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

Manage projects such as the design and installation of new or upgraded manufacturing lines and utility systems.
Manage the design and construction of new and renovated facilities.
Manage departmental and capital budgets.
Manage validation protocols for new and upgraded equipment and facilities.
Assist maintenance and operations in problem solving and process improvements.
Maintain cGMP, EU, OSHA, and DEC compliance through SOPs and regulations.
Initiate change control, risk assessments, work orders, SOPs, purchase orders in compliance with policy.
Collaborates to meet ISO 14001/50001/45001 standards.
