Qualifications

• Experience overseeing engineering project plans from design to commissioning.
• Ability to coordinate resources and monitor progress.
• Knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting for projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates for new infrastructure and equipment.
• Monitor progress against the project plan and resolve operational problems to minimize delays.
• Identify, develop and gather resources necessary to complete the project.
• If applicable: prepare engineering standards, budgets, forecasts, and select materials, equipment, staff, and external contractors.
