Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Wilson, NC seeks a senior project leader to manage expansion projects and oversee design, procurement, installation and improvement of manufacturing and utility equipment. The role ensures compliance with US/EU regulatory requirements for facilities and equipment and directly manages engineers to improve plant efficiency, capacity and modernization.

Qualifications

Experience managing expansion projects in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to lead engineers and coordinate multi-discipline teams.
Knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage expansion projects including design and installation of new or upgraded manufacturing lines and utility systems.
Oversee design and construction of new and renovated facilities.
Manage departmental and capital budgets.
Prepare and execute validation protocols for new and upgraded equipment and facilities.
Assist maintenance and operations in problem solving and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, EU, OSHA and DEC through SOPs and regulations.
Initiate change control, risk assessments, work orders, SOPs and purchase orders as per policy.
