Job summary

Turner Des Moines is seeking an experienced project professional to manage and supervise engineering and administrative functions at the project level. You will coordinate with field operations to ensure information is delivered, understood and implemented, and report to the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 8+ years of related construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost control.
• Familiarity with estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise project-level engineering and administrative functions.
• Coordinate information flow between design professionals, owners, and subcontractors.
• Lead and develop Turner engineering staff and oversee performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, ethics and compliance are maintained on site.
• Support preconstruction with GMP/budget development and cost estimates.
• Manage project close-out including warranties, final payments and records retention.
