Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in construction engineering or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews moderately complex technical aspects of construction projects to ensure design specs and quality.
• Coordinates with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges.
• Supports project controls, including schedule tracking and cost monitoring.
• Prepares and presents progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Identifies and mitigates risks and mentors less experienced team members on safety and quality standards.
