Job summary

A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is required, with 0–4 years of experience. OSHA 30 certification is preferred, with completion within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals, with regular field presence.
• Coordinates with project managers and project teams to address technical questions and resolve general project issues.
• Monitors standard project schedules and budgets, tracks labor productivity, and reports variances to support timely corrective actions based on established guidelines.
• Supports the implementation of standard quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation, including progress reports and technical records.
• Identifies opportunities for incremental improvements and contributes to the development of leading practices with guidance.
• Participates in project meetings and communicates updates to team members and stakeholders.
