The role blends technical expertise with strong program-management discipline to ensure performance, quality, safety, and scalability. The position requires coordinating with engineering teams and external contractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, PM, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engineering design evaluations to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
• Develop, implement, and communicate operational plans for project execution.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Review industry policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data accuracy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate technical support throughout the engineering process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and coordinate disciplines to achieve project goals.
• Identify, develop, and secure resources necessary for project completion.
• Prepare engineering design reviews, work specifications, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Select appropriate materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
• Take proactive action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
