You will blend technical expertise with program-management discipline to ensure performance, quality, safety, and scalability while aligning with business strategy. This role requires bachelor’s in engineering and 7+ years of experience.

• Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, project management, and industry regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within budget and schedule constraints.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across engineering disciplines and with external contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate engineering design evaluations to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility
• Develop, implement, and communicate operational plans for project execution
• Monitor project progress, performance, and adherence to schedules and budgets
• Review industry policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data accuracy, security, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate technical support throughout the engineering process
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and coordinate disciplines to achieve project goals
• Identify, develop, and secure resources necessary for project completion
• Prepare engineering design reviews, work specifications, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Select appropriate materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors
• Take proactive action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
