Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent) with 13–15 years of relevant experience, or 17–19 years in lieu of a degree.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) preferred or required.
• Strong knowledge of engineering systems, calculations, and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities for complex projects across Bechtel entities.
• Own the detailed project execution plan, budgets, and schedules for engineering scope.
• Review design documents, change orders, and procurement specifications.
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, construction, ES&H, and project controls.
• Guide engineering staffing, proposals, and interface with business development.
