Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is leading the design and construction of a large-scale API manufacturing facility in Houston, TX. The Lead Planner will manage integrated schedules, ensure alignment with milestones, and deliver strategic schedule insights to enable informed decisions and successful project outcomes.

You will mentor planning teams, conduct critical path analyses, and provide forecasting and risk assessments across multiple disciplines within the Manufacturing & Technology unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or international equivalent with 8–14 years of relevant project controls experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex integrated project schedules.
• Strong CPM scheduling, forecasting, risk assessment and schedule impact evaluation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and analysis of integrated EPCCS schedules and schedule baselines.
• Ensure schedule alignment with project objectives and milestones.
• Direct collection and validation of scope, quantities, staffing, and schedule logic.
• Facilitate planning workshops and coordination across project functions.
• Mentor planners and schedulers across the project organization.
• Provide schedule risk assessments, what-if scenarios, and recovery planning.
• Prepare and present schedule forecasts and executive-level reports.
