• Verifies consistency with prior reports and ensures accuracy.
• Prepares cash flow, revenue earnings, and cost studies using historical data.
• Supports audits and develops innovative cost-control techniques.
• Allocates budgets per standards; analyzes trends and supports change control.
• Develops cost studies with statistical analysis and quantity comparisons.
