Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our growing Engineering team in Fayetteville, AR. You will oversee all design disciplines from conception to completion, mentor a civil design team, and coordinate with project engineers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes site design, grading, drainage and utilities, with regular interaction with city and state agencies. A PE license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/MA in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• Current engineer license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop complete development projects including grading, drainage, water retention, and utilities.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Lead a design team in correcting redlines and plan revisions.
