Job summary

Blew- is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead our engineering team on multiple site development projects in Fayetteville, AR. You will supervise a small team and collaborate with other project engineers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will oversee grading, drainage, utilities and road design, perform hydraulic calculations and ensure compliance with codes. Strong CAD/Civil 3D experience and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Current engineer license is required.
• BS/MA in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• Five years of Civil 3D or CAD design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects involving grading, drainage, roads, utilities and site layout.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Review surveys, maps and codes to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Perform drainage calculations for storm sewer design and detention ponds.
• Mentor a small team of engineers and technicians and coordinate with stakeholders.
