Blew & Associates, P.A. seeks a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead our engineering team on site development projects from conception to completion. You will oversee all technical activities, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Project Engineers to maintain quality and schedule.

The role requires a PE license, strong CAD/Civil 3D skills, and experience in hydrology/hydraulics. Expect involvement in drainage, grading, utilities, and site design with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• BCS in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Current PE license required or candidates pursuing PE licensure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all engineering disciplines for projects.
• Schedule, plan, forecast, and manage technical activities to ensure quality from conception to completion.
• Mentor a small team including an EIT and civil design technician.
