Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Grapevine, TX.

You will oversee engineering disciplines on development projects, mentor a civil design team, and collaborate with Project Engineers to ensure quality from concept to completion. Responsibilities include managing grading, drainage, utilities, and road design; performing drainage calculations; ensuring regulatory compliance; coordinating with city/state entities; and maintaining

Qualifications

• Current engineer license
• BS/MA in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• At least five years of Civil 3D or CAD design experience
• Knowledge of HEC-RAS is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a civil design team on project engineering tasks
• Schedule, plan, forecast, and manage technical activities from concept to completion
• Oversee development projects covering grading, drainage, utilities, and roads
• Coordinate with city/state entities to ensure permit compliance
• Monitor QA/QC, budget, and schedule; report project status
• Interact with clients and project coordinators to align requirements
