Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or roofing/building products required.
• Experience managing projects within budget, scope, and downtime constraints.
• Knowledge of manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute capital projects across the entire lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement through technical analysis and equipment modifications.
• Provide consistent engineering support to Production and Maintenance departments.
