Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project engineering and/or project management.
• Ability to develop, analyze, and present comprehensive business cases for multi-million-dollar capital investments.
• Expert-level root cause analysis and problem solving.

• Serve as the primary technical authority for the plant's capital portfolio.
• Approve major design deviations and provide high-level solutions for execution roadblocks.
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
