Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical authority for plant's capital portfolio.
• Approve major design deviations and provide high-level solutions.
• Lead critical decision-making using expert data analysis and risk identification.
• Develop and present business cases for multi-million dollar capital projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle.
