Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Project Engineer/Control Account Manager (CAM) to join the SDA Portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of engineering execution and program management, driving cost, schedule, and performance for the Systems Engineering team.

You will lead planning, budgeting, and coordination across programs, interacting with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining real-time visibility into headcount and estimates at complete.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects with budgets and schedules.
• CAM experience or CAM delegate responsibilities.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and scheduling tools like MS Project/Open Plan.
• Experience with earned value management principles and variance analysis.
• Experience in aerospace, defense or complex systems environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, and cost/schedule performance for the SE team.
• Interact with multi-disciplinary engineering teams through development and production phases.
• Provide ROM coordination and BOE input for proposals.
• Maintain real-time visibility into headcount, schedule, and cost across programs.
• Ensure EVM documentation is complete and compliant.
• Maintain CAM certification and training.
