Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering (Civil/Structural/Mechanical or related).
• Minimum 5 years in building design, envelope systems or related fields.
• PE license or EIT with FE; able to obtain PE within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and assume full responsibility for building product projects.
• Research building codes, regulations, standards and methods for conformance.
• Develop test plans based on research findings.
• Communicate with clients on codes, testing, procedures, and reporting.
• Perform engineering analysis of test results and determine product performance.
• Create reports substantiating conformance with codes and standards.
• Provide supervision to junior engineers and staff.
• Represent Intertek in industry associations and standards committees.
