Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years in building design, envelope systems, or related fields.
• PE license or EIT with FE plan and PE licensure within 24 months.
• Strong ability to read drawings, codes and standards.
• Proven project management skills across multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead building product projects, manage teams and client commitments.
• Research codes, regulations, product standards and testing methods.
• Develop product test plans based on findings.
• Communicate test results, audits and reporting with clients.
• Analyze test results and assess product performance.
• Prepare reports substantiating code conformance and standards.
• Supervise junior engineers and staff; engage with industry associations.
