Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Project Engineer to serve as the technical lead for assigned programs, driving engineering execution and alignment with objectives, requirements, budget, and schedule. You will collaborate with the Program Manager and functional teams to track EV and maintain program performance across all lifecycle phases, including planning, delivery, and sustainment.

Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution and ensure alignment with program objectives, technical requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to drive all program activities and ensure EV alignment.
• Coordinate with Functional Managers on monitoring Earned Value and program metrics.
• Interface with customers across all program phases from planning to delivery and sustainment.
