Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX business, seeks a Senior Project Engineer to support development and execution of projects for gas turbine engine hardware. You will coordinate across engineering and functional organizations to manage plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while identifying risks.

You will work with Fan, LPC, HPC components and develop leadership, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years.
• Relevant experience in project engineering, analytical mechanical design, or manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and master schedules.
• Coordinate across engineering and functional teams to meet objectives.
• Identify risks, analyze data, and develop solutions to improve performance and execution.
• Monitor financial performance—track costs, forecast revenue, re-estimate costs.
• Support gas turbine hardware programs involving Fan, LPC, and HPC components.
• Travel requirement: 10% (domestic and international).
