Job summary

RTX's Pratt & Whitney North Berwick Engineering Center in Maine seeks a Project Engineer II to support the development and execution of gas turbine engine hardware projects. You will coordinate across engineering and functions to manage plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while identifying risks and developing solutions to keep programs on track.

The role offers hands-on project engineering experience with Fan, LPC, and HPC components, plus 10% travel; onsite work in Wells, ME with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 2 years of project engineering or related experience.
• Experience in aerospace or defense is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and master schedules to meet milestones and financial targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering and other functions to align with project objectives.
• Identify and resolve risks by analyzing data and proposing improvements to project execution.
