You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives and customer requirements while driving risk mitigation and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes strong communication with leadership, identifying mitigation plans, and ensuring governance through EVMS data, IMS scheduling, and robust test results.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years; without degree, 9 years relevant experience.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-to-large aerospace projects; oversee schedules and budgets.
• Identify mitigation plans and cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability.
• Coordinate reporting, reviews, and progress with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Manage hardware development configurations and test procedures across the program lifecycle.
• Develop IMS and EVMS reports to support decision-making; travel 25–50% as required.
• Ensure programs meet schedules and budgets and maintain Integrated Master Schedules.
