Zusammenfassung

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer / CAM to support CDS military programs. You will manage budgets, schedules and risks, coordinate with PMO, CIPTs and IPTs, and drive milestones to closure in a complex program environment.

The role involves leading cross-disciplinary teams, tracking EV and EAC dispositions, and ensuring compliance with export controls. Onsite U.S. role with typical aerospace program responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• 3+ years engineering experience or 2+ years with advanced degree (if stated)

Aufgaben

• Develop & maintain project plans, schedules, resource requirements and budgets for assigned projects.
• Track and present progress reports relating to the project and ensure targets are met.
• Partner with PMO, CIPTs, and IPTs for scope planning, data needs, monthly deliverables and milestone tracking.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities; communicate and track mitigation plans.
• Support IPT in execution of deliverables and monthly earned value reporting to identify and resolve scheduling issues.
• Manage external resource requirements as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with standard work, IP, and export requirements.
