Job summary

PROMAN Staffing USA is excited to partner with our manufacturing client in the search for a Senior Project Engineer. This DIRECT HIRE opportunity leads engineering projects from concept through implementation on the shop floor.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 7+ years of manufacturing engineering and project leadership, and a proven track record with capital projects and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering and project leadership experience.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and PMP certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, capital expenditures, and resources.
• Drive process improvements, equipment installations, and facility upgrades.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, quality, and vendors to deliver successful project outcomes.
