Job summary

Cdpsearch is seeking a Project Engineer in the United States (St. Louis area) to support process improvements, plant layout upgrades, and capital projects. You will work with Production and Manufacturing leaders daily, helping drive quality, profitability, and a pipeline to engineering leadership roles.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 0–5 years experience, and the ability to lead future leaders. A strong data-driven and collaborative mindset is essential to succeed in this manufacturing

Qualifications

Our client is a leading manufacturer within the manufacturing sector.

This dynamic company is looking for a Project Engineer to join their team and interact with their Production and Manufacturing leaders on a daily basis supporting process improvements, plant layout improvements, capital projects, quality and profitability. Our client is looking to build a succession plan around the Project Engineer and have them eventually develop into an Engineering Manager or Plant Manager.

The candidate must have a BS in Engineering, plus the ability to lead and develop future leaders. Additional qualifications include:

• Experience with projects focused on plant equipment
• Proven track record of improving processes
• 0-5 years of experience
• Ability to make data-based decisions
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Passion and sense of urgency
• Prior experience working within Manufacturing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Able to work within the United States

Compensation

Our client offers a competitive base compensation plus a bonus opportunity. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.

Base salary $80K - $110K
