Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader/Manufacturing Engineer to plan and execute customer and internal manufacturing projects from start to finish. This role combines hands‑on manufacturing knowledge with strong project management skills to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget. You will work closely with customers, engineering, assembly, and operations teams to drive results.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for managing projects, supporting manufacturing operations, and serving as a key liaison between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
  • Develop project plans, schedules, cost quotations, and manufacturing routings
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and assembly teams to meet project scope, timeline, and cost targets
  • Lead project kick‑off meetings and regular status reviews
  • Coordinate customer testing, approvals, and product shipments
  • Create and manage project budgets throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Identify and resolve project risks, schedule conflicts, and manufacturing challenges
  • Complete job closing process including P&L analysis and project post‑mortems
What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience and project management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • To be self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
